A typical class
Coaching, structure, and your questions
Coaches use a consistent structure with room to adapt so each gymnast gets the right level of challenge. From warm-up through stations to cool-down, the focus is progress you can see week to week.
How do I pick Flip 1, 2, or 3?
Age ranges are a good starting point, but we also look at experience. If you are unsure, call the front desk or ask at your location — we are happy to place your athlete in the right class.
What happens in a typical Flip class?
Most classes start with a guided warm-up, then event rotations or stations, skill drills, and a cool-down. Expect floor work plus time on at least a few of the four events, depending on the week’s focus and level.
Do you offer team gymnastics?
Yes — beyond our recreational Flip program, we have team options for athletes who want to commit to a competitive path. Ask our staff about tryouts, placement, and which location runs team for your child’s age and level.
Where and when are classes offered?
Schedules differ by site. See our locations for addresses and contact info, and ask the front desk for the current class schedule for Flip Academy.
