Obstacles, movement & focus
Fast-paced, fun, and full of energy
Ninja classes are fast paced. They combine obstacle course training, free-form movement, gymnastics, and martial arts. Perfect for active kids with lots of energy, ages 4–9 years old.
Ninjas learn to tumble, kick, and flip off walls. The coaches will run them until they are tired, then teach them new skills. The sport of Ninja is to move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity.

Common questions
We are here to help you pick Ninja 1 or 2, find a time that works, and get enrolled. Reach out anytime.
What should my child wear?
Athletic clothing that is easy to move in, with long hair tied back. Bring a water bottle. We will share any shoe or specific gear notes when you sign up for a location.
How is Ninja different from tumbling or gymnastics?
Ninja blends obstacles, free movement, and martial-arts style elements. Tumbling and Flip Academy focus more on traditional gymnastics skills and progressions. Many athletes do both.
My child is 7 — Ninja 1 or 2?
Age is a starting point. If your athlete is new to ninja-style training, we may start you in Ninja 1; if they have experience or a coach’s green light, Ninja 2 may be the fit. Call or email and we will place them safely.
