Why start early
Foundations for life, built through play
Starting young builds balance, body awareness, and the confidence to try new things. Our path grows with them—Wee Peas, then One and Two Peas with a parent on the floor, and on into our independent 3–5 class—so each visit matches their age, readiness, and the way they learn through play.
The three levels are outlined just below. When you are ready to enroll, pick the one that fits today; our front desk and coaches are always happy to help you choose.

Each class is built for a specific age and stage. Choose the one that matches your child today — you can always adjust as they grow.
Wee Peas

A typical week
Rotating focus, same great coaching
Each class blends familiar warm-ups with new stations so kids stay engaged. One week we might spotlight jumping and landing; another, shapes and holds on low beam. The goal is steady progress without pressure.
What does “rotating focus” mean each week?
Coaches keep a consistent class structure (warm-up, stations, cool-down) while changing the emphasis week to week—so one visit might stress controlled landings and the next might highlight shapes and balance on low beam. That variety keeps kids curious without starting from scratch every time.
What happens during a typical class?
We open with warm-up games and music to get bodies and brains ready, then rotate through stations for bars, floor, and balance basics on scaled equipment. We close with a cool-down and positive shout-outs before dismissal.
Is every week completely different?
No—your child will recognize parts of each class, which builds confidence. Within that familiar rhythm, skills and stations shift so there is always something new to try, at a pace that fits preschoolers.
How do I find class times and locations?
Schedules vary by location. Use the locations section on our main site for addresses and hours, or ask at the front desk when you are ready to visit.
